Cavelossim Beach

Cavelossim is actually a small coastal village in the South Goan sub district of Salcete. It has got a long, clean and serene beach with Carmona to the North and Mobor to its South.

If you want to relax on a beautiful beach away from the crowd, then this is the place you would love- The cavelossim beach.
The way to Cavelossim is simple and one can use Google Map or if you’re going towards South along National Highway, take a turn left at a spot Chinchinim, continue the road and take a left at the Orlim Main Road, follow this road till you reach Cavelossim.

Less crowded, no one will bother you and you can have peacefull time away from noice. Lifeguards are present on duty and the beach has a designated area for swimming. There are also beach beds provided by the shacks where you can lay down and sun bathe.
There are many resorts and hotels available along Cavelossim beach, like the Radisson Blu Resort and many lodging and hotels for normal budget.

Cavelossim Beach is located at 1 hour distance from Dabolim Airport by road. You can enjoy at Dom’s, Win-win, Sam’s and few other beach shacks. There are some beach activities like parasailing, jetski, etc. is available.

You will enjoy your walk on the beach as the Sand on this beach is soft and water is clean, clear and refreshing. Not much crowd and plenty of shacks make it an ultimate leisure destination. This is one of the Goan best beach. Major north side beaches are crowded by tourists and no longer is a nature lovers delight. This is the perfect place for a nature walk, some peace and moments of feeling overwhelmed by nature’s beauty.
There are several restaurants and bars spread across Cavelossim beach. Some of the known restaurants are Joe’s River Cove, Lucio, Kababs and Kurries, Mama Mia, Shandong along with others.

The beach here is glorious, clean and it actually is over several miles long, with really yellow sand, some nice shacks selling great freshly cooked food, with beach brolly and beds if you stay the day.

These days, all the shacks have toilets available, some not particularly exciting, others very clean and acceptable. The sea about 4 in the afternoon, with the sun sparkling on it, is lovely and followed by the beautiful sunset. The sand, sea and sun together make this beach beautiful and amazing.
